About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure.
- Observe and assess patient conditions and changes, report findings, and document in accordance with Cantex clinical policies and procedures and applicable state and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Complete EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and changes of condition in accordance with nursing practices.
- Ensure care plans are implemented as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in assigning duties and supervise CNA staff in delivering appropriate clinical care to help maintain each patient's highest practical well-being.
