About The Position

Chaplains are frontline staff who fulfill MCHAP’s mission and Christian ministry by using their gifts and talents to serve company employees and their immediate families. They also participate in new employee orientation and may support other duties requested by company leadership, with the Executive Director of Operations’ permission and within the scope of the applicable Letter of Agreement. This is a remote position in the field. Work settings depend on client worksites and may include manufacturing facilities, hospitals, office buildings, and funeral homes, with varying temperature, noise, and light exposure.
