8x8•Campbell, CA
•$162,800 - $244,200•Onsite

About The Position

The Channel Sales Representative will sell 8x8’s wholesale Microsoft Teams voice services exclusively through Microsoft ecosystem partners. This is an entry-level, full-cycle sales position for someone building a career in channel sales. After a structured two-week training sprint, the representative will develop a territory of partners—including CSP resellers, MSPs, VARs, agencies, and distributors—and help them become active, revenue-producing partners. Success is measured by partners activated, seats enabled, and recurring revenue. The role includes uncapped commissions tied to seats lit and recurring revenue, with accelerators above plan. This is a field role with 50% or more travel in the territory once ramped. The representative is expected to be based in or willing to relocate to Silicon Valley and work in the office at least four days per week when not traveling. The role involves recruiting and enabling partners, building pipeline, supporting partner deals, collaborating with Microsoft field teams, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

  • Comfortable selling a new offer into a market that may not yet know about it, after training.
  • Willingness to learn disciplined CRM practices, maintain an honest forecast, and follow up consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with partner executives.
