Channel Partnerships is a strategic team at ServiceTitan responsible for assessing, validating, building, and launching new business opportunities to accelerate growth. This team bolsters the Sales organization by building and managing a network of alliance partnerships that drive indirect sales outcomes, extend market reach, expand the product suite, and accelerate new logo acquisition. The Channel Sales Partnership Manager is an integral, highly-visible role contributing to the team's success. This role involves designing, driving, managing, and optimizing an alliance program to accelerate entry into new markets or solidify footing in existing segments. The manager will create and own ServiceTitan’s co-selling strategy, focusing on driving Enterprise pipeline with strategic and newly identified partners. The role will concentrate on integrations and partnerships within Accounting, Association, and Supply Chain functions, but can extend to all partner categories supporting the channel strategy. These partnerships are crucial for customer acquisition and retention by preserving operational workflow continuity and complementing ServiceTitan’s capabilities. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end channel partnership management experience and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. A well-rounded background in strategic thinking, data analysis, and program management is expected, potentially from roles in Partnerships, Business Operations, Product Management, Channel Sales, or Management Consulting.
