About The Position

TurningPoint Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will support the successful implementation of enterprise systems and transformation initiatives by driving organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption. As a key member of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) function, you will apply structured methodologies and best practices to help internal and external stakeholders effectively navigate changes to business processes, systems, and technologies. This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across all levels of an organization. Location : Hybrid; Baltimore, Maryland

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Change Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering organizational change management initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience across key OCM disciplines, including: Change strategy development Stakeholder engagement Sponsorship alignment Communication planning Training and performance support Organizational readiness
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex change initiatives with measurable results
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Experience presenting to and influencing both frontline staff and executive leadership
  • Strong facilitation skills, including leading meetings, workshops, and focus groups
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities within defined timelines
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a collaborative and results-driven approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience using data, dashboards, and reporting tools to track adoption and performance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations
  • Experience within a healthcare environment supporting system deployments
  • Prosci or other recognized Change Management certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute organizational change management strategies for large, complex initiatives
  • Assess and drive stakeholder readiness to support successful adoption of enterprise systems and processes
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including: Communication strategies Sponsor roadmaps Training and coaching plans Stakeholder analysis and resistance management plans
  • Evaluate change impacts and organizational readiness to minimize risk
  • Conduct readiness assessments, surveys, and focus groups to identify adoption barriers and mitigation strategies
  • Provide executive-level coaching to sponsors and leadership teams
  • Facilitate discussions to identify bottlenecks and drive solutions that improve adoption
  • Develop and deliver training, communications, and engagement materials (e.g., newsletters, surveys, updates)
  • Monitor and measure adoption, utilization, and proficiency using dashboards and reporting tools
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommend improvements based on best practices
  • Identify and address resistance and performance gaps through targeted interventions
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future initiatives
  • Support change stabilization efforts to ensure long-term success and sustainability
  • Facilitate project meetings and manage OCM-related tasks and deliverables
