About The Position

The Change Manager is accountable for leading enterprise change initiatives and major cross‑functional projects with a strong focus on data validation, financial justification, and KPI monitoring. This role ensures that changes are well‑governed, financially sound, operationally ready, and successfully adopted. The Change Manager also serves as a leadership delegate, stepping in during leadership absences to maintain continuity, decision‑making, and execution. This role sits at the intersection of change management, project governance, financial oversight, and operational excellence, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and are ready to scale.
