About The Position

The Change Manager is accountable for leading enterprise change initiatives and major cross‑functional projects with a strong focus on data validation, financial justification, and KPI monitoring. This role ensures that changes are well‑governed, financially sound, operationally ready, and successfully adopted. The Change Manager also serves as a leadership delegate, stepping in during leadership absences to maintain continuity, decision‑making, and execution. This role sits at the intersection of change management, project governance, financial oversight, and operational excellence, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and are ready to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end‑to‑end change management for complex, enterprise‑level initiatives, ensuring structured planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Validate change readiness, implementation plans, risk controls, and rollback strategies to ensure controlled execution.
  • Facilitate governance forums (e.g., change reviews, decision boards) and ensure adherence to change standards and controls.
  • Lead data validation and financial justification for major initiatives, ensuring business cases are accurate, defensible, and aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and spend against approved plans; identify variances, risks, and corrective actions early.
  • Partner with Finance, PMO, and business leaders to ensure transparent reporting, cost discipline, and value realization.
  • Ensure operational readiness for all changes, including people, process, technology, controls, and support models.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve scalability.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing outcomes, lessons learned, and post‑implementation performance.
  • Act as a delegate for leadership during absences, providing continuity in decision‑making, escalation handling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating strategy into executable, well‑governed change initiatives.
  • Align cross‑functional teams (Operations, Technology, Finance, Product, Risk) to deliver outcomes with minimal disruption.
