USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments. The Change/ASI Manager manages the change management process and coordinates IT change activities within the IT Infrastructure Operations environment. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, scheduling, and tracking of maintenance windows with Government stakeholders and IT technical teams. The manager also handles the communication and coordination of proposed changes that may result in service disruption with the appropriate Authorized Service Interruption (ASI) representative. Additionally, the role involves analyzing trends from changes throughout the environment and recommending improvements to the process, as well as assessing the impact of changes using a CMDB and applications maps.
