About The Position
Fantom Corporation is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support a mission-critical enterprise. The role is responsible for developing technical requirements and using advanced analytical and qualitative skills. The ideal candidate has expertise with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and GitLab, along with technical expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Illustrator.
Requirements
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
- Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 or more years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
- Strong technical expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Illustrator.
Responsibilities
- Perform front-end development.
- Ensure accessibility and cross-platform compatibility.
- Monitor system health, user metrics, performance, and operational availability.
