What this job involves: Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives as a strategic business partner driving JLL's Strategy 2030 transformation programs across our global workforce of 115,000+ individuals. You'll serve as the architect behind organizational adoption strategies, developing sophisticated influence tactics, training programs, and non-monetary incentive frameworks that accelerate transformation success.
