About The Position

Woolpert is hiring a Director, Change Management to join their dynamic Business Transformation team. This position reports to the Global Head, Business Transformation, and is responsible for developing a strategic, results-driven approach to lead organizational engagement, readiness, and adoption for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and M&A integrations. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure the successful implementation of organizational changes across people, processes, and technology. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation leadership
  • Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise transformations
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar frameworks)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior executives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA or related field) preferred
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci)
  • Experience in business/digital transformation or M&A integration related change management
  • Background in consulting or large-scale program management
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale business transformation initiatives and acquisition integrations
  • Partner with executive leadership to align change initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities
  • Establish and oversee change frameworks, methodologies, tools, and governance
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies across all levels of the organization, both internal and acquisition company stakeholders
  • Drive communication planning and execution to ensure clear, consistent messaging
  • Lead organizational readiness assessments and develop mitigation plans
  • Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional change management team
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to integrate change practices into project delivery
  • Define and track success metrics (KPIs) to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact
  • Identify risks and resistance points and proactively develop mitigation strategies
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change agility
