About The Position

The Senior Project Director, Change Management, will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving change management efforts across major strategic initiatives. This individual will design, implement, and continuously refine the organization's playbook for managing change on strategic projects and programs. The role ensures that new capabilities and solutions rolled out across the enterprise achieve high adoption and acceptance rates, fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Experience : 10+ years of progressive experience in project and change management, including leadership of complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Proven Success : Demonstrated ability to drive change management for strategic projects with measurable business impact.
  • Supply Chain Expertise : Experience with supply chain projects and concrete implementations.
  • Leadership Skills : Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams and building high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Business Acumen : Exceptional ability to develop well-reasoned, financially sound investment and project proposals.
  • System Knowledge : Solid grasp of end-to-end system business fundamentals and growth drivers across various markets and dimensions.

  • Certifications : Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Institutionalize Frameworks : Create and embed a comprehensive change management framework tailored for Supply Chain-wide strategic projects and programs.
  • Lead Change Management Processes : Oversee the end-to-end change management lifecycle, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication planning, training, and reinforcement activities.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders : Partner with executive sponsors, project teams, and business units to align on change strategies and objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Drive Adoption of New Capabilities : Ensure high levels of organizational acceptance and sustained adoption of new capabilities through targeted interventions, support mechanisms, and continuous engagement.
  • Enhance Methodologies : Continuously evaluate and refine change management methodologies by incorporating feedback, industry trends, and best practices to drive lasting transformation.
  • Deliver Strategic Initiatives : Direct and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Monitor and Report Metrics : Track change management metrics, identify risks, and proactively address resistance to change to ensure successful outcomes.
