About The Position

Want a front‑row seat to how organizations change, grow, and transform? Join our Operations team as a Change Management Intern and support enterprise‑wide initiatives that shape how our organization works—today and into the future. At CCIB, we’re dedicated to strengthening and enhancing a prosperous Indigenous economy by fostering business relationships, opportunities, and awareness. As a national Indigenous, non-partisan association, we champion inclusivity and innovation. In this role, you’ll work closely with Systems Operations on high‑impact projects such as a new CRM implementation and preparing for a corporate website redesign , gaining exposure to executive‑level decision‑making and real‑world change initiatives. This opportunity is available to current Ontario‑based university students.

Requirements

  • 3rd or 4th year student in Business, Organizational Change, Information Systems, Communications, Public Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical, writing, and documentation skills
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, resistance, and competing priorities
  • Interest in enterprise systems, operations, and organizational change
  • Professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to change management frameworks (such as ADKAR)
  • Experience with process mapping, CRM systems, or project documentation

Responsibilities

  • Support change management activities for systems and process transformations
  • Help assess organizational readiness and adoption risks
  • Develop change artifacts (stakeholder maps, impact assessments, communications)
  • Document current‑ and future‑state workflows and operational processes
  • Support CRM rollout and website redesign from an operations perspective
  • Engage stakeholders, capture concerns, and support alignment across teams
  • Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and documentation for leadership
