About The Position

The Change Coordinator supports the end-to-end change management process by converting the customer’s Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) into a Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) in ICM and SAP. The role maintains alignment and consistency between EBOM and MBOM data to support production execution, and processes material master data, Change Actions (CA), and Deviations (DV). The coordinator works with internal and external departments to align implementation dates, monitor progress, and support implementation of engineering changes across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in automotive manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of experience in Change Management.
• SAP experience, basic IT understanding, and database knowledge.
• Exposure to Change Management Systems.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Change Management (CCMP or CMS) certificate.

Responsibilities

• Convert the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) into a Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) in ICM and SAP based on Engineering Change Actions and Deviations.
• Update, maintain, and regularly review MBOM data in the Integrated Change Management System (ICM) and SAP.
• Process and validate material master data in ICM and SAP.
• Validate and process Change Actions and Deviations, and assist with their assessment.
• Support the end-to-end Change Management process and implementation of engineering changes across cross-functional teams.
• Align implementation dates with internal and external departments; monitor progress and escalate delays.
• Organize and host Change Implementation Meetings (CIM).
• Confirm implementation dates on the production line and record actual deployment data.
• Compare EBOM and MBOM data routinely and verify consistency between SAP and ICM.
