About The Position

The Change Coordinator supports end-to-end change management for automotive manufacturing. The role converts customer-system Engineering Bills of Materials (EBOMs) into Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs) in ICM and SAP, maintaining alignment between engineering and manufacturing data to support production execution. It also processes and validates material master data, Change Actions, and Deviations, and coordinates implementation dates and progress across internal and external departments. The coordinator organizes Change Implementation Meetings, confirms implementation dates on the production line, records actual deployment data, and supports Change Action and Deviation assessments.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in automotive manufacturing.
At least 1 year of experience in Change Management.
Understanding of SAP and basic IT, including database knowledge.
Exposure to Change Management Systems.

Nice To Haves

Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or CMS certificate.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

Convert EBOMs from customer systems into MBOMs in ICM and SAP based on Engineering Change Actions and Deviations.
Update, maintain, and regularly review MBOMs in ICM and SAP.
Process and validate material master data in ICM and SAP.
Validate and process Change Actions and Deviations.
Coordinate implementation dates with internal and external departments, monitor progress, and escalate delays.
Organize and host Change Implementation Meetings.
Confirm implementation dates on the production line and record actual deployment data.
Compare EBOM and MBOM data routinely and verify consistency between SAP and ICM.
Support the end-to-end Change Management process, including Change Action and Deviation assessments.
Ensure engineering changes are implemented across cross-functional teams.
