The Change Analyst at Vertiv is responsible for supporting Organization CCOs, ensuring accurate Part Set up in ERP Systems, and maintaining ERP item attributes related to procurement parameters. This role involves gathering, scrubbing, and manipulating data to generate reports and analysis for Part and Supplier requirements, while ensuring adherence to predefined processes for information accuracy. A significant portion of the role is dedicated to Database Analyst Support, which includes spearheading the execution of Commercialization Change Orders in Oracle EBS Alice, reviewing and verifying items in PD Cloud, checking Process Control Codes, verifying BOM redline changes, and completing CCO Pre-Enrichment tasks. The analyst will also monitor CCO completion, manually promote enrichment levels, run item completeness reports, set item statuses, load production BOMs, and periodically audit item attributes. Additionally, the position provides Costing Support, involving performing Cost Rollup, setting and analyzing standard costs, conducting account reconciliations, preparing audit reports, and recommending process changes to optimize costs and profits.
