Position Summary The Senior Change Analyst is a hands-on change management practitioner responsible for executing change across one or more workstreams within the Connected PBM Ecosystem (CPE) program. This role owns day-to-day change delivery across multiple, overlapping releases and go-lives, ensuring stakeholders are informed, trained, ready, and supported to adopt new capabilities, processes, and ways of working. Operating within a standardized enterprise change framework, this role translates program change strategy into high-quality execution—communications, training, leadership enablement, readiness activities, and adoption measurement—while proactively managing risks, resistance, and cross-workstream dependencies. As delivery accelerates, disciplined change execution is critical to ensure adoption keeps pace and stakeholders are not overwhelmed.
