Position Summary The Senior Change Analyst is a hands-on change management practitioner responsible for executing change across one or more workstreams within the Connected PBM Ecosystem (CPE) program. This role owns day-to-day change delivery across multiple, overlapping releases and go-lives, ensuring stakeholders are informed, trained, ready, and supported to adopt new capabilities, processes, and ways of working. Operating within a standardized enterprise change framework, this role translates program change strategy into high-quality execution—communications, training, leadership enablement, readiness activities, and adoption measurement—while proactively managing risks, resistance, and cross-workstream dependencies. Why This Role Matters CPE delivers transformation through phased, interdependent releases. As delivery accelerates, disciplined change execution is critical to ensure adoption keeps pace and stakeholders are not overwhelmed. The Senior Change Analyst plays a key role in making change real at the front line and ensuring each go-live lands successfully.
