About The Position

Concept Solutions is seeking a Change Management Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage modern tools like ServiceNow, and make a measurable impact in a high-visibility environment for the FAA’s ITIPSS I&O program. This position is responsible play a critical part in supporting enterprise-level IT change and configuration management for a federal customer—ensuring stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across systems. Change & Configuration Management Lead and support enterprise IT change and configuration management activities Process and manage change requests using ServiceNow and SharePoint (KSN forms) Guide change requests through established governance and approval workflows Partner with federal leadership to support and enhance automated change management tools Process Improvement & Documentation Identify gaps in current processes and recommend practical, scalable improvements Maintain accurate data, reporting, and documentation for all change activities Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) Incident Management & Support Monitor and resolve incidents through ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, OR
  • 10+ years of relevant Change Management experience
  • Experience with IT Change and Configuration Management processes
  • Strong ability to analyze workflows and improve processes
  • Proven experience working with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and tracking
  • Strong written communication skills, including documentation and reporting
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results
  • FAA Personnel Suitability clearance required (AMS 3.14-2)

  • Familiarity working with federal or government clients
