Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Information Technology

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Financial Services, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience supporting financial systems
  • 1+ years of knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Responsibilities

  • Manage Tier II support requests to ensure application availability and meet service level agreements.
  • Resolve incidents and problems to minimize outages and improve system reliability.
  • Implement application updates, automated processes, and approved technology solutions.
  • Document systems, processes, and support materials to strengthen team knowledge and efficiency.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements.
  • Analyze application data and perform basic database queries to support troubleshooting efforts.
  • Support testing, change management, and project deliverables with accurate reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize or retire outdated system components.
