What success looks like in this role: The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst supports the successful delivery of change initiatives by focusing on the people side of transformation. This role partners with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive awareness, adoption, and sustained outcomes related to changes in business processes, technology, organizational structures, and job roles.
