About The Position
The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) position is in Labor and Delivery at Texas Health Southwest, located at 6100 Harris Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas. The role is full-time on the day shift, working 36 hours per week. The Labor and Delivery department is part of a mother-friendly, Texas 10-Step-designated, and Magnet-designated facility. It includes a newly expanded 15-bed LDR unit with three operating room suites, a separate 26-bed Mother/Baby area, and a 16-bed Level III NICU. The department averages 285–300 deliveries per month. Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth is a 222-bed full-service facility with surgical and imaging services, a 24-hour emergency department, orthopedics and sports therapy, adult critical care, and a Level III neonatal intensive care unit. The hospital has served Tarrant County since 1987 and has 1,100 employees, 120 volunteers, and more than 600 physicians on its medical staff.
