About The Position

TriStar Skyline Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician to support patient safety and surgical care. The role ensures instruments and supplies are clean, prepared, and available when needed, while supporting surgical staff and infection prevention. The position requires CRCST certification. No travel is required.

Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification.

Responsibilities

Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays, ensuring they are sterile, complete, labeled, and ready for use.
Manage sterilization equipment and maintain accurate records to support patient safety and infection prevention.
Prepare customized surgical sets and case carts based on daily schedules and procedure needs.
Manage inventory and supplies in OR storage and specialty lockers, coordinating with the surgical team.
Respond promptly to instrument requests during surgeries and help resolve urgent equipment needs.
