Requirements
- Active Certified Residential Appraiser License
- Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver credible, well-supported appraisal reports for a diverse client base.
- Manage deadlines.
- Work independently.
