About The Position
Interim HealthCare Staffing is hiring Certified Resident Assistants to support residents at local care facilities in River Falls, Wisconsin. The position offers PRN, flexible facility assignments; applicants share their availability to be matched with assignments that fit their skills and schedule. The listed pay is $22.00 per hour. Resident Assistants provide personal care and mobility support, help maintain a safe and comfortable environment, observe residents and report changes or concerns to the appropriate care team member, and work alongside nurses and other facility staff to provide compassionate care. Interim HealthCare offers flexible scheduling, local assignments, training and continuing education opportunities, and support from a local office team. Requirements
- Current CBRF certifications required to work in a facility.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current TB test showing a negative result.
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care.
- Dependable communication and a caring approach.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
- Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the appropriate care team member.
- Work alongside nurses and other facility staff to provide compassionate care.
