Requirements

Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Board Certified or Board Eligible through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
Eligible for Texas CRNA licensure or currently licensed in Texas
Ability to work independently with strong clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to patient safety and quality care delivery

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques preferred (training and mentorship available)

Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center
Perform regional anesthesia techniques including nerve blocks and peripheral nerve catheter placements
Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and manage post-anesthesia recovery
Collaborate with surgeons, surgical staff, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Work independently while providing high-quality anesthesia services in an outpatient setting
