Requirements
- Current Board Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active or eligible for Texas state nursing and CRNA licensure
- Demonstrated ability to practice independently with confidence and clinical competence
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care

- Regional anesthesia skills preferred (comprehensive training available for qualified candidates)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia services independently in a CRNA-only practice model
- Administer anesthesia for bread-and-butter surgical cases including general surgery, orthopedics, and routine procedures
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels throughout surgical procedures
- Provide post-anesthesia care and patient education
- Collaborate with surgical teams, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in scheduled call rotation with predictable scheduling
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
