As a nationally ranked specialty hospital affiliated with Harvard, we care for some of the most complex ENT, ophthalmology, and head and neck patients in the world. We are looking for full-time and part-time CRNAs who thrive on precision, teamwork, and purpose. The CRNA provides continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the direction of a physician. We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with day & evening shifts and schedules.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia.
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
- Certification or re-certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
- Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification.
- Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities.
- ACLS/PALS Certification
Nice To Haves
- BA or BSN in Nursing
- Membership in professional nursing organization desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries
- Manage high-risk airways and unique anatomy with confidence
- Collaborate with expert surgical and perioperative teams
- Contribute to education and innovation, if desired
