About The Position

Mass General Brigham is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a mission-driven team at Mass Eye and Ear, a nationally ranked specialty hospital affiliated with Harvard. This role involves enabling sight-saving, airway-securing, and life-changing surgeries for some of the most complex ENT, ophthalmology, and head and neck patients globally. The CRNA will provide continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under the direction of a physician. The position offers dynamic clinical work across campuses with a rich mix of routine and rare cases, and optional teaching and academic opportunities for those interested. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia.
Current Massachusetts RN license.
Certification or re-certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification.
Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities.
ACLS/PALS Certification

BA or BSN in Nursing
Membership in professional nursing organization desired.
