About The Position
Mass General Brigham, a not-for-profit organization, is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its mission-driven team at Mass Eye and Ear, a nationally ranked Harvard-affiliated specialty hospital. This role involves enabling sight-saving, airway-securing, and life-changing surgeries for some of the most complex ENT, ophthalmology, and head and neck patients globally. The CRNA will provide continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under the direction of a physician. The position offers expert care in high-acuity cases, a tight-knit team culture, dynamic clinical work across campuses, and optional teaching and academic opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- Certification or re-certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification
- Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities
- ACLS/PALS Certification
Nice To Haves
- BA or BSN in Nursing
- Membership in professional nursing organization desired
Responsibilities
- Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries
- Manage high-risk airways and unique anatomy with confidence
- Collaborate with expert surgical and perioperative teams
