About The Position

We’re looking for full-time and part-time CRNAs who thrive on precision, teamwork, and purpose. The CRNA provides continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the direction of a physician. We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available with various day & evening shifts and schedules. Starting annual pay of $270,000/yr. We are also offering a sign on bonus if $40,000 to welcome you to our team. Expert care in high-acuity head and neck cases, difficult airways, and skull base surgeries. Anesthesia for vision-saving eye procedures and fragile pediatric patients, including NICU and PICU. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Certification or re-certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
• Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification.
• Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities.
• ACLS/PALS Certification

Nice To Haves

• BA or BSN in Nursing
• Membership in professional nursing organization desired.
