About The Position

Inspire Early Education is hiring full-time teachers for its Braintree, Massachusetts school. The posting lists Certified Center Floating Teacher and Assistant Teacher openings. The Certified Center Floating Teacher role requires EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification. Teachers create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom, deliver a play-based curriculum, support children's growth and development, build relationships with children and families, keep classrooms organized and compliant with state standards, and collaborate with the team. The listed schedule is 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. for Assistant Teachers and 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. for Certified Center Float teachers, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification is required for the Certified role.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Nice To Haves

• CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education.
