About The Position

Inspire Early Education is hiring childcare teachers for its Inspire Braintree II school in Braintree, Massachusetts. The posting lists openings for a Certified Center Floating Teacher, who must hold EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification, and Assistant Teachers. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week. The Assistant Teacher schedule is 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; the Certified Center Float schedule is 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Teachers create a warm, safe, engaging classroom and bring learning to life through a play-based curriculum. They support children’s growth, confidence, and development; build meaningful relationships with children and families; keep classrooms organized and in compliance with state standards; and collaborate with the team. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification is required for the Certified Center Floating Teacher role.

Nice To Haves

• CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education.
