About The Position
GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. Trainers conduct in-home and on-site sessions, create personalized programs, and use the GYMGUYZ App to manage programs and reassessments. The role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $30–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses. GYMGUYZ provides clients, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and opportunities to grow into Master Trainer and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
- Be CPR/AED certified.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
- Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
- Have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and energy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
- Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Manage schedules efficiently.
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
- Collaborate with a supportive team.
