About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. Trainers design personalized programs, conduct reassessments, manage their schedules, and motivate clients while tracking and celebrating their progress. The role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $30–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses. Trainers receive paid onboarding, ongoing development, and support from a nationwide network of fitness professionals, with potential growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles. This franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Manage the training schedule efficiently.
Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
Collaborate with the team.
