About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile fitness training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $30–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses. Trainers work autonomously while receiving clients through the franchise, with no gym rent or sales quotas. Paid onboarding, ongoing development, and opportunities to progress into Master Trainer and leadership roles are offered. This franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by its franchisee.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
Design personalized training programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Manage schedules efficiently.

Collaborate with the team.
