GYMGUYZ is the nation's leader in mobile personal training, bringing fitness directly to clients' homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers the opportunity to train clients on your own terms, with clients who are eager for your coaching. The company emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, and stability, moving away from the traditional gym environment. The NW Washington branch is locally owned and operated and proudly veteran-owned. The team is committed to delivering exceptional training experiences and leading the fitness movement beyond gym walls.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
