Certified Personal Trainer
About The Position
GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers schedule flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with clients seeking personal coaching, without gym rent or sales quotas. Trainers use the GYMGUYZ App to design personalized programs and conduct reassessments, while managing sessions, client notes, and communication through mobile and web apps. The role includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, and opportunities to advance into Master Trainer and leadership roles. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.
Requirements
- Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
- Maintain CPR/AED certification.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
- Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
- Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Manage schedules efficiently.
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate progress.
- Collaborate with a supportive team.
