About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to provide mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. Trainers deliver personalized, high-energy sessions and use the GYMGUYZ App to design programs and conduct reassessments. The role offers a flexible schedule, with part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $30–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses. GYMGUYZ provides clients, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and opportunities to grow into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM.
• Be CPR/AED certified.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
• Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct client reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage schedules efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
