About The Position
Our client is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech for Surgical Services in Seattle, Washington. The position is listed for a 4x10 rotating shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The role requires current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications, two current clinical references, and specified health and vaccination documentation. Candidates must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hep B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
