About The Position
Our client is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for a Surgical Services position in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The schedule is a 3x12 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must also meet the listed documentation, certification, screening, and vaccination requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
