About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech for a Surgical Services position in Sachse, Texas. The position is scheduled for a 4x10 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must meet the listed documentation, certification, health-screening, vaccination, and pre-employment screening requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
