About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for a Surgical Services position in Lonetree, Colorado. The role is scheduled for a 4x10 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current clinical credentials and documentation, health screening records, and the ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
