About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech for a Surgical Services position in Silverdale, Washington. The role is a 3x12 day shift. Applicants must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current clinical credentials and screenings, as well as the ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and a urine drug screening.
