About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for a Surgical Services position in Frisco, Colorado. The position is a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide a current resume, current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications, and two current clinical references. Required health documentation includes a physical and TB skin test completed within the past 12 months, MMR/Hep B/Varicella titers, a respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months, and current Tdap/flu vaccinations. Candidates must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical completed within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- MMR, Hep B, and Varicella titers.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
