About The Position
Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant at Woodlands at Hamptonwoods in Poland, Ohio. In this role, you will carry out treatment plans designed by an Occupational Therapist, help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks, and support their participation in therapy.
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on improving patients’ ability to perform daily tasks.
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities, including exercises, cognitive training, and use of adaptive equipment.
- Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments.
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment to encourage patients' participation in therapy.
