About The Position

Sprenger Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for its in-house rehabilitation team at GV Manor in Twinsburg, Ohio. This is an in-house role within a family-owned therapy organization, with clinician-led and clinician-supported teams focused on patient-centered care. Therapy time is protected from routine non-therapy tasks, clinical judgment is respected, mentorship is available, and care decisions are guided by patient needs and outcomes. New graduates are welcome, with mentorship provided from day one.

Requirements

• Active COTA license in good standing.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under occupational therapist supervision.
• Assist with evaluations, treatment planning, and patient progression.
• Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on function and safety.
• Collaborate with physical therapy, speech-language pathology, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
