About The Position
Cornerstone Rehab is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients and collaborate with a diverse team of clinical professionals. The role includes preparing clinical documentation, establishing plans of care based on patients’ needs and capabilities, and traveling to nearby centers as needed. Cornerstone Rehab provides rehab management solutions to skilled nursing facilities and is clinician-owned and operated.
Requirements
- Valid state COTA license and credentials.
- SNF and/or acute care experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
- Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients’ needs and capabilities.
- Travel to nearby centers as needed.
