About The Position
Peninsula Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its rehabilitation team. The role works alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative skilled nursing environment, helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life. Compensation is $48–$55 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Requirements
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the State of California.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
Nice To Haves
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute setting.
