This role is intentionally different from contract therapy models. As an in-house, family-owned therapy organization, our therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, allowing you to focus on delivering meaningful, patient-centered care. We prioritize patient needs over a contract company's bottom line, protect therapy time from non-therapy tasks, and value clinical judgment and autonomy. Sprenger Therapy is the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, a third-generation, family-owned senior living organization operating 12 skilled nursing facilities across Ohio and South Carolina.
Requirements
- Active COTA license in good standing
- Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision
- Assist with evaluations, treatment planning, and patient progression
- Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on function and safety
- Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
