Prava is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their team at The Radcliff in Wood Dale, Illinois. Requirements
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant licensed in Illinois
- Passionate about working with older adults

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Work with residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care
- Help residents improve their ability to participate in meaningful daily activities
- Address functional performance related to ADLs, IADLs, cognition, safety, coordination, strength, endurance, and mobility
- Help residents develop strategies to remain as independent as possible
- Adapt tasks and environments to support successful participation
- Provide caregiver and resident education
- Reinforce individualized treatment plans and home programs
- Observe and communicate changes in resident function and clinical status
- Collaborate with nursing, caregivers, families, activities, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Support fall prevention, safety, and functional wellness initiatives
- Document efficiently using Prava's technology platform and AI-enabled tools
- Help create a therapy experience that feels connected to the resident's actual life
